Some years spent waiting tables attuned me to the fine art of service. Years later, I still believe that service (or lack of it) can make or break an experience, whether it's eating in a restaurant, checking out groceries, or getting a flu shot. Inspired by an article I penned by the same name for the May 2009 issue of Cleveland Magazine, this is a collection of people and places who practice the art of fine service. Readers are welcome to add positive experiences of their own. No rants allowed.
